Guidance Item Life Cycle

The status field on each item is used to track workflow as we work toward a guidance library that has both broad coverage and a depth of details.

The values in this field, as we've chosen to use them, have the following definitions:
* Sweep 1: The item has been created in the library and contains content from the existing patterns & practices guidance
* Sweep 2: Content gaps have been filled in but problem and solution examples are not yet complete
* Sweep 3: Content is complete, including examples. The item is ready for review
* Review - Has Comments: Review cycle has started, there are comments that need to be addressed. Comments are denoted as follows - <<comment>>
* Review - Resubmission: Comments have been addressed, the item is ready for another review cycle
* Review Complete: The reviewer has signed off on this item
