Links in the checklist index don't work

You can save a view containing checklist items as a Word doc. The Word doc will contain an index at the start which includes checkable checkboxes.

However, due to a problem in Word the checkable checkboxes break the links in the index.

To workaround this take the following steps:
  1. Right click in Word toolbar and choose Forms toolbar to display
  2. In forms toolbar select the button that unlocks the form

This will enable the links but keep the checkboxes from being easily checked.
