ViewTree

*Can you create a root level view?
*Can you create a root level folder with a view inside it?
*Can you drag a folder (with a view) into another folder?

*Make sure you cannot create a view or folder as a peer to the library
*Do the two trees (Checklists and guidelines) impact each other? They should be completely separate
*Does the context menu have the right items?
*Does the context menu update appropriately when you select a folder vs. a view?
