Customers can get support multiple ways:
  1. Send mail to msbuild@microsoft.com
  2. Post to the newsgroup at microsoft.private.whidbey.vs.msbuild
  3. For suggestions or bug reports, they can submit them through http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/productfeedback/
