* Defaulting to an Icon view seems very odd when all you can see is a picture of a CD. This just swallows up screen real estate.

* While trying to play a WMV file I get a messgage that "The file or device you are trying to use requires a component of Windows Media PLayer to be upgraded". This is the latest Beta, why would there be an upgrade required? If a security upgrade is required, then I'd expect it to be done anyway, not in response loading a file. What exactly would clicking "Upgrade" install?
