Using Filters in the Reporting Tool

After all your data is imported, you can analyze it with the OMPM Reporting Tool. Open up OMPM.accdr from the OMPM install\Reports\ folder. Connect to the database and click the Office Compatibility link. The Options on the left plane allow you to filter by size, type, name, domain, computer, path, etc
Also, you can review and manage any conversion issues that the scanner has found.

Customizing the Reporting Tool

Requires Microsoft Access 2007 (will not work with Access Runtime). If you wish to customize the Reporting Tool (change behavior, add new buttons, etc), you may do so by following these steps

1. Close the Reporting Tool
2. Navigate to the Reporting Tool file (usually OMPM\Reports\OMPM.accdr)
3. Rename the extension from .accdr to .accdb
4. Open the file

You will now see the full Access UI and can customize the tool. Renaming the file back to .accdr will put the file back in normal mode.
