Internet Access Blocked - XP to Vista Upgrade with OneCare installed under XP

Disclaimer Following fix gives you a command to delete a registry key. Typing the command incorrectly may cause really bad problems with your computer. Do the following commands only if you are comfortable with Windows Registry. Take backup of registry via "system restore" checkpoint or alternate means before doing the following. Fix is as below:
1) Click start button
2) type "Cmd.exe" in the Vista Search box.
3) Right click on "Cmd.exe" and do "select run as administrator"
4) Type the following command accurately
reg delete HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSFWHLPR\Enum /v INITSTARTFAILED
5) Hit Enter
6) Reboot.
You should have internet connectivity now.
