Ted Neward (the Dude) sits down with me to discuss programming languages and related topics. Ted is a software architect and consultant that spends a great deal of his time working in the area of Java-.NET interop (multi-platform communication). He's got a great perspective on theory versus practice and the importance of languages and software platforms that meet the needs of both academics and professional developers.

Ted also shares his insights on the history of languages and platforms.

Very interesting conversation for sure! Ted's a great guy with lots of experience in the industry as a practioner.

Enjoy!
