New Branded Themes for Windows 7

There’s something new even for those of use who have been running the Windows 7 RC and RTM builds for some time: new themes! Over on Microsoft’s Windows 7 site, several new, branded themes have appeared including those brands like Coca-Cola, Ducati, Porsche, Gears of War and GoW 2, Pepsi, Avatar, Infiniti, and Ferrari. There are even three Zune themes featuring designs from the artists over on the Zune Store's website as well as a theme that shows off some of the best images from the Bing.com search engine (at last!).

To install these themes into Windows 7, all you need to do is click the “Download” button beneath the theme you want. Although these themes are “branded” offerings from the companies, they’re really impressive – not just boring logos on plain backgrounds. They’re truly works of art. In fact, the Coca-Cola theme doesn’t even contain its logo at all – instead its a series of otherworldly images from the “Happiness Factory” which you may remember from their commercials by the same name.
