Soocial is a address book synchronization service that keeps addresses between computers, the web, and your phone updated. Although the scope of its offerings is still somewhat limited (for example – no Blackberry support, no Hotmail support!), they’ve just introduced an Outlook plugin that may come in handy for some users.
The new version of the Outlook plugin loads a small ribbon to your Outlook toolbar which you can click to sync your address book with your other services on Soocial.
From the “more” drop-down button, you can access the service’s other features – like how often it should check for changes or updates to the software.

Thanks Sarah for the write up!
Of course you'll have to signup for an account to be able to sync with the Outlook plugin.
You can sync Outlook with GMail and your phone atm, Hotmail/Windows Live will be added soon!
