Two New Ultimate Extras

For those running Windows Vista Ultimate Edition, you'll be happy to know that there are two more Ultimate Extras now available. The first is a new Windows Sound Schemes pack. In the pack are two new schemes, one is called "Glass" and the other is "Pearl." The second Extra is a new DreamScene content pack. (DreamScenes are the special videos that can be used as desktop backgrounds in Vista Ultimate.) This new pack features DreamScenes from nature, like my favorite - a water droplet falling off the tip of a leaf. The Extras will show up as optional updates in Windows Update for Vista Ultimate users. (Via Windows Vista Team Blog)

I am a huge Vista fan but I keep hoping to see some real extras delivered like apps for creating multimedia mashups, etc. Not more dream scenes and such.

Say more about that. This is the place to tell Microsoft what you want to see, so go wild.
So then here's what I think Ultimate should have had:
1. OneCare - Lifetime service to OneCare
2. More themes (besides Glass)
3. Word processor (in other words, "Word 2007", for free)
4. Some free song downloads from Zune Marketplace
5. Chance to get a reduced copy of the next Windows version
Any one of these would have been great. Though in fact, I don't think Ultimate Extras should have been created this way at all. Extras should be available for all Vista users, and shouldn't be limited to the top like that. It's unfair.
