Kirk Evans talks with Joe DeCarlo, Architect at Turner Broadcasting and a Microsoft Certified Architect.  Joe recently sat on the other side of the MCA process, participating in a review board for potential candidates and provides a unique perspective on the MCA program.

Joe provides his usual unique perspective on topics such as progressing from being a developer to architect, the types of experience you will need for the MCA review process, and how the MCA board doesn't focus on Microsoft technologies but rather on technology competencies.

Joe also elaborates on how Turner has kicked the Gantt chart habit by using Team Foundation Server and feature driven development.
