Coldwell Banker's Surface App

Coldwell Banker has a new application for looking for a house using Microsoft's Surface. It's a short 38-second video, but interesting to see regardless. I was thinking last week about how brick 'n mortar storefronts would get people to drop in an age where people would rather sit on their couch with a laptop, this might be a good first start. Since Surface computers are relatively rare and somewhat expensive, this could be a good draw. But with multitouch in Windows 7 on the horizon, is this the way we'll be using ColdwellBanker.com in the future? (YouTube video after the jump.)
