Meet Drew Robbins, the evangelist organizing the content that is dear and near to all PDC attendees: developers tooling, application lifecycle tools, the CLR and the .NET Framework.
Think you’ve seen and heard it all? Think again. As Drew coordinates across 35 product teams (!!), he and his crew have built out user stories this year to insure that PDC attendees are truly going to be hearing and learning new
content about our developer products that have not been surfaced below. Listen to Drew as he drops hints about F#, parallel programming, scrum, ASP.NET, the future of VB.NET and C#, and
much more! http://microsoftpdc.com/

Nope. 564 bits is correct.
The extra 4 bits are probably the answer right?
Am I hearing things or did mike say "4 instructions" but does not really give 4
