Expose your Windows with Switcher

If you've ever seen Expose on the Mac and wanted something similar for your PC, check out Switcher. This application for Vista + Aero allows you to instantly see all your current windows as a dock, grid, or tile by pressing "Win+`" and jump to any one of them with a keypress. (I've been using it all morning on Win7 with no problems, btw.) You can also find your application by just starting to type the name of it. There are plenty of customization options and works across multiple monitors.
