I know what we were told was fixed. But I have to tell you that 1.3 fixed one of my few complaints with my Zune. If I'm in an artist listening and I back out a few levels, once it got back to albums and then other artists it'd take a good 2-3 seconds to pause and enumerate the list. After 1.3? Instant. I can hop back back back without a pause. And track loads seem to be a little bit faster too.
All in all for a "bugfix" patch, I'm REALLY pleased!
PS: Love the BitterSweet on the Zune. I actually ended up picking that album up. Good stuff!

I never had any skipping problems, but i do agree going back and forth is alot smoother, and i only have 200 megs free.
