Happy Veterans Day! A fitting gift for this holiday is the release of the latest addition to the Call of Duty franchise. Call of Duty: World at War has just arrived on store shelves TODAY so I stopped by their launch event in San Francisco last night to check it out for you and it was a madhouse. Marines, giveaways, celebrities, music- and of course- the game. Here's a taste of how TreyArch and Gamestop throw a party.

Hah hah hah, That was a hilarious intro., I've never played any of these games (the genre) but I recently talked with a guy who was working on Brothers at Arms that said he worked on Iron Man, Jurrasic Park 2 ,and some other form of et cetra. Coincidentally, or multi-coincidentally, I let him hear my guitar playing on my MP3 player and he said he'd been wanting to do something for some kind of music video lately. Coincidentally, because I used to imagine myself, when hearing someone complain about the footage, say, "What do you want me to do, make computer graphics?" So, that's how that goes, except he didn't e-mail me despite asking for my address. But that would have been quite an extra curricular activity. Did I tell you about the time when my dad took several pictures of James Hetfield at my sister's best friends' wedding without knowing anything about him? That has nothing to do with this, but I thought you should know for information's sake.
