How do I download the videos?
- To download, right click the file type you would like and pick “Save target as…” or “Save link as…”
Why should I download videos from Channel9?
- It's an easy way to save the videos you like locally.
- You can save the videos in order to watch them offline.
- If all you want is to hear the audio, you can download the MP3!
Which version should I choose?
- If you want to view the video on your PC, Xbox or Media Center, download the High Quality WMV file (this is the highest quality version we have available).
- If you'd like a lower bitrate version, to reduce the download time or cost, then choose the Medium Quality WMV file.
- If you have a Zune, WP7, iPhone, iPad, or iPod device, choose the low or medium MP4 file.
- If you just want to hear the audio of the video, choose the MP3 file.
Right click “Save as…”
- MP4 (iPod, Zune HD)
- Mid Quality WMV (Lo-band, Mobile)

I can't see any of the 10 Show's video blogs. I hit the play button, and nothing ever happens. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm using IE. I click on the play button, and it just sits there. Shame, it looks cool, but just doesn't work.

What version of IE? It works fine in version 6 and 7. Also, it might be a problem with streaming the file down to you. I've talked to a couple people that said it was really slow to start streaming. You could try downloading the file instead. I've never heard of anyone having a problem with those files. Click the down arrow button in the player and click on WMV to download the video.
I have the same problem on 2 PCs, one using IE6 and the other using IE7. My solution, works every time, is: 1. Click to go to the individual vid page. 2. Click 'Play' (nothing happens) 3. 'Refresh' the page. 4. Click 'Play', video plays after about 10 secs. It's been the same since the site redesign and it's the same everytime on both PCs. HTH.
