UK PDC Attendees? (Channel 9)

A placeholder for UK developers to comment and indicate that they're going to be out at PDC 2008. Maybe a place to try and organise some meet-ups.

This is perhaps not the best medium for doing this so feel free to suggest others or highlight ones that already exist.

Happy to meet up in the evening - isn't there a party on the Tuesday?

Anyone know the area? Any good bars\restaurants near by?

I'll be there too, staying over at the Kyoto Grand Hotel.

I'm flying out on the Friday, which leaves Saturday clear for some tourist stuff and some laptop shopping - any recommendations on either ordering the laptop for delivery to my hotel or a decent store somewhere accessible in LA?

Team Sysrepublic (UK) will be there... we are staying in Redondo (close to the beach and our US office). We know a few places around and would love to meet up with some UK folk.

There'll be two of us from iMeta attending; I think we're staying at the Biltmore, walking distance from the conference center. For sure we'll be up for some beers

I'll be there - mainly concentrating on Mesh, ssilverlight and the cloud stuff.

Arriving late on Saturday (virgin direct flight to LA leaving LHR about 3:15 pm) and staying at the Miyako Hotel.
