Earlier this year at Build, we announced a partnership between the Channel 9/Coding4Fun team and Ryan Friedlinghaus, world famous and award winning automotive designer based in Corona, California and star of the Discovery Channel's Velocity network reality TV series, Inside West Coast Customs.
Operating under the codename Project Detroit, we set out to reconstruct a 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback to be outfitted with the latest in Microsoft technology. Here is a preview of the show.
Tune in and set your DVRs for Sunday, March 25th at 6pm Pacific (9pm Eastern) on Discovery's Velocity network, followed by a worldwide debut on Discovery World. (Check your local listings for times and dates).
We can't wait for you to see it!
Brian, Clint, Dan and Jeff

Looking forward to seeing your work, guys!
Setting the DVR as we speak!
Cool!
Hey Microsoft! If you need an avearge Joe like me to drive it around everyday so everyone can see how cool I am,.. I mean how cool Microsoft products are, I would be more then happy to do that for you... lol... But for reall, were are the keys???
I would like to ask if the video can be posted in Channel9 website, since it will be hard for international users to see it, like me.
Already have the DVR set and before getting to see this if this does not have the ability to monitor the cars diagnostics I beg of you to make that the next step. I really want to see windows be able to monitor the diagnostics of a car and hopefully go as far as making some tuning adjustments
HA! I have set it to record without even leaving the desk... Comcast's DVR Manager is pretty nice
Looking forward, DVR is set.
I just got done watching this and now I want to do some customizations to my car
Hello! Great work guys! Any idea when will be available the source code? Thanks!
Hey! When this source code will be available?
so how shall us internationally based car-n-code enthusiasts get to see this wonder? suggestions?
Is it coding4FUN or waiting4somedayToBeAbleToSeeThisVideo? I can't believe that no one recorded this and still not posted on youtube
