Congressman Foster, you're not allowed to import classes in bills

Due to a special election, a new congressman was put into office. Now, normally, I shrug my shoulders and not care. However,
Democratic Representative Bill Foster from Illinois has some skills. Foster is a physicist and can do something most computer programmer can't, he can code Assembly!

This does give me hope that one day maybe there will be a Congressman Rutkas.
