Dream Build Play is rolling out for for the third iteration of the challenge! If you have an idea for an original idea for a video game for the Xbox 360, check it out!
The challenge starts April 6th and you can submit between July 7th, 2009 and August 6th, 2009. Entries consists of 3 parts, the Game, the Game Synopsis, and a video showing off your game.
You can enter using XNA 3.0 which is out now or XNA 3.1 which will be out in May. For additional rules and information or incase I missed something, head over to the rules for DBP.

@Nikitah Imani: Why would we hold it against someone that has spent time and effort in perfecting their game? The contest starts then, it doesn't say work had to be started then.
With that being said, there are some pretty amazing games out there that are made faster and cheaper than some high end games.
Just because someone has a slight head start doesn't mean you can't win.
I'm just curious. In contests like this, how do you guarantee a level playing field. Besides the level of experience, somebody might have a game just sitting around and enter it when other people are starting from scratch. Now while all that might be illegal, "trust us" doesn't seem to be a workable approach to this either. ?/??
