Today's entry takes an existing project that used a mouse and Wiimote and Kinect'ified it. You have love how these kinds of things work out, the synergy that open source/source available projects can make possible.
Project Description
Head3D makes it easier for MS Kinect SDK developers to Make 3D Head Tracking Apps. You'll no longer have to make it from scratch again. It's developed in C# using WPF.Head3D is based on WpfHeadTracking project:
Head3D project is only a Kinect SDK port for WpfHeadTracking project which developed by Roberto Sonnino and Bruno França dos Reis (Project's home: http://wpfheadtracking.codeplex.com/ ) where they have made a version for both Mouse and Wiimote. Simply, after I read their simple code I decided to add Kinect version (port) for MS Kinect SDK developers.

Thanks for using my video of the head-tracking.
I have just finished a case study of natural user interfaces for university which is primarily research but included a user test with several videos on my site www.the10thletter.com/nui
this would work well with Sony Hmz-t1 :)
