Nominations are now open for “The Crunchies,” an award hosted by TechCrunch in partnership with GigaOm and VentureBeat to honor the most deserving startups and technology innovations of the year. 

Now's your chance to recognize Kinect for Windows and the amazing people, partners and startups that are doing some much amazing things with it.

The deadline to submit nominations is Thursday, December 6, and one vote per day/ per category/ per user is allowed.  The top 5 finalists for each category will be identified based on nominations from the community and the editorial staff at these publications and winners will be revealed at an event in San Francisco in January.
