Friend of the Gallery Tango Chen, provides some inspiration for how the Kinect can, with your coding help, do what some of the Kinect's newer competitors can do... (I know, I want the source too... if you really want it, the best bet would be to hit his About Me page and ping/ask/[dare I say, beg] him to release it)
