Peter Torr
Peter Torr is a Program Manager on the Windows Phone Developer Platform team and oversaw the entire API surface area for Windows Phone 8, including both managed and native APIs. In previous Windows Phone releases he worked on a wide variety of features such as app model, navigation, multitasking, shell integration, and XAML control templates.
