Jim Adams

Jim Adams is a Lead Program Manager in MSIT’s Collaboration Services group responsible for Microsoft’s internal Office 365 service offering which includes Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Lync Online. Jim joined Microsoft in 2000 and in his twelve years at Microsoft has worked in many IT roles from Enterprise Directory Management PM, Infrastructure Engineering GPM, SharePoint Operations Manager, and SharePoint Service Manager. Jim has worked in the SharePoint space since 2003 deploying and running SharePoint Team Services (V1), Windows SharePoint Services & SharePoint Portal Server (V2), SharePoint 2007 (V3) and 2010 (V4), SharePoint Online, and is currently engaged in development and deployment of MSIT’s next generation Office365 services.
