Scramble the videos on the front page.  If you look at the "view" count, the video that's given the top slot is viewed orders or magnitude more than the other videos.

I agree. I would also like to add, that in my opinion videos should be stifled when they are added to the site, so there is something like a three or longer hour gap. It wouldn't be too difficult to implement it so Scoble can post them all and have the forum its self slowly release the videos... Save scoble the work.

Other than the PDC there are rarely a full page of new videos, so why not make the bottom row some "Random Videos"; so new people get a second chance to post stuff they missed when they visit?

But how many of those videos are just people watching the first 30 seconds, then losing interest and going onto another site?

did you all see that there is a bug, on the from page, if in middle of watching the main video on top, you select any other section it will overlapp the playing video, and you can see the playing video again unless you refresh the page, i think if it's possible the javascript should check if the selected video is in middle of playing it should show the playing video instead off overlapp it with a new image.
