Does anybody use the "Microsoft Development Environment Sounds" in your "Sounds and Audio Devices Properties"? It has options for Breakpoint Hit, Build Canceled, Build Failed, and Build Succeeded.

Just wondering...

I don't and I wouldn't, I find it annoying enough when my apps don't build let alone rubbing it in by playing me a sound. =)

I do.  It helps when you have two development machines and you do a build on one while working on another!

Manip, how can you not like random sounds as you work?  Nothing like a well timed Homer Simpson "Why you little..." to take away from the frustrating day of development.  Smiley

Well, maybe they should have the sound of breaking glass reverberate across many computers when an engineer at Microsoft "breaks the build" while checking in code on Longhorn.
