Heading toward the future. IE8, Vista, Office12, Zune 2.0
I actual find that WMV files can be made smaller and have great quility.  Files I have created have always been smaller then mov and Mpeg4s, and at times have been better quility.

It's not stupid; It's advanced!

What's wrong with streaming?  The videos are less than 300 kilobits/sec, so that should be fine for a 2MB line, right?

Doesn't bother me; I've saved 15GB of C9 vids in G:\Vids\Microsoft.  Keep 'em comin.

Look, no errors.
I think for some people with slower connections it would be good to have access to a seperate wav file, it's not always necessary to see the video anyway. The wav file would be a lot smaller and a good alternative for dial-up users, especially since some videos don't have a lot of visual content besides the people in the interview.

I've downloaded a couple of GBs of videos anyway, and I can't complain about the 1.5MB/s transfer rate.

Well if they're gonna take the time to strip the audio out anyway, wouldn't the MP3 format be better?
