Suggestions for C9 forums?

Is there anywhere (i tryed searching to no avail...admitedly not very hard either) to post suggestions to updating the C9 forums features?

If not.... i would like to make a few (tell me if you have heard these already)

1) Quick reply box (Vbulletin-esque) at the bottom of each thread page to allow quick replies to threads. Its a feature I love a lot on the forums i admin and rarely reply to threads ne other way unless quoting.

2) (another Vbulletin-esque) When clicking on a thread link I would like to be taken to the last post in the thread..... this is most useful when reading a thread i have already read and especially when the thread itself is several pages long

so far that is all i have thought of but mostly since they are just the initial differences i see.
