I see Windows Live OneCare has been released - there isn't much on the site that says it's for the US only apart from in the 'FAQ' section.

Is OneCare available for non-US English speaking countries?  Is there anything stopping me from installing it in the UK?

Surely it should not be a huge issue to get a non-US english version available.

What is it with the US in general, mostly everything is released there first? WHY? and are microsft saying that the will protect US computers first and everyone else later?
