No, not the HR exit interview.

I'd just like to see Robert on the other side of the camera lens doing an interview for C9, answering questions like:

- Who are you?
- What have you been doing here these past few years?
- What do you think of the time you've spent at Microsoft?
- What are you most proud of doing in your time at Microsoft?
- How to you most hope Microsoft will change in the next 5 years?
- How do you think blogging will change in the next 5 years?

Well, that's a start, anyway. Smiley

I think on the internal listserv when you guys schedual it, you should ask every blogger to post it on their blog...make it the highest watch vcast out there...

Further more what drives the blogger? Is it a sense of ego gratification in which they receive an ego boost from third party attention, and feel special / important, which has a positive effect on their self-esteem. Or perhaps a way to eliminate frustration from day to day life (e.g. an outlet) or maybe they believe that blogging is a pathway into a career into journalism or another field?

I like those questions, but I'm afraid they have nothing to do with Scoble leaving Microsoft.

More standard ones are:

1) What will you miss most about your job at Microsoft?
2) What did you hate/love most about Microsoft?
3) What are you most looking forward to in your new job?
4) What is the disconnect you see between how people perceive Microsoft on the outside and on the inside? What have you learned about this, and will this dichotomy affect how you direct content strategy at your new job as VP of Content?

And so on.
