www.icalx.com and Vista's Windows Calendar

Has anyone been able to publish Windows Calendar iCal files to www.icalx.com? I can publish them using Sunbird and I can subscribe to them in Windows Calendar. When I try to publish I get "Network path not found". Does Windows Calendar support HTTP authentication for publishing calendars?
