I can't figure out how to get the threads I have responded to and all posts after it in a rss feed... HELP!!!

No, that's just a feed of your posts.  I don't think what you want to do is possible in this version of Channel 9 (might be in evNet, though).

You need to add a watch to each thread you answered. After that you can see all that threads in your profile. That's the only way.
