Heading toward the future. IE8, Vista, Office12, Zune 2.0

Is there a way I can get the code for the sample project page turner?

I tried to save teh page, and all the files to it but I keep getting errors.

Thanks,  looking at it now.  This stuff looks great, and runs better then flash.

I've never really heard a good explaination for this:

Why should I use WPF/E, when Flash is ubiquitous and can do the same thing? Does WPF/E offer something magical that Flash can't do? I can't use WPF/E to databind to .NET Assemblies, right?

What's the reason?

aim stupidly high, expect to fail often.
Better 3D support?
The ability to re-use XAML artifacts in both web and client apps?

(Heck, the ability to create a WPF/E app and a full WPF app and select the best one for the client so Windows users can get the full WPF love.)

And I think you can reference .NET from WPF/E, although I'm not entirely certain - the video a while back about WPF/E made some reference to it.

That's what WPF/E does well, if any of those are requirements you may want it.

I heard that memory usage was alot lower then Flash, and was very happy to see it was Smiley  Considering this is beta, the final version will be very good.
Anyone have any idea when the final will be released, and will it be available on Microsoft Updates?
