The fact that an unnamed US official chose to show the Iranian produced war materials on a weekend to the press belies the integrity of the report. Yep. Sure does. Makes it closer to a rumor.
We've been lied to before, recently, by the Bush Administration, on precisely the same type of information; Iraqi WMDs.
Warmongers are two-fold. One on side you've got Haliburton executives and share holders (the military industrial complex), on the other side you've got fundamentalists who want Apocolypse.
Unless you are a warmonger, there is not clarity in what will occur, imho.
