Don't waste your time searching dozens of vendor websites every month for the driver updates you need. Just bookmark this page and come back whenever you need a new driver.

Which of course doesn't bring down useful things. Like say, Toshiba keyboard support so you can switch to external monitors.

Ye... I tried to tweak the latest nvidia drivers to run on my laptop. The result was that the thing was so slow. I'm happy with the driver from january... It's faster, but buggy.

I found that Vista's Windows Update offers also vendor specific drivers - like drivers for the Sony Vaio etc. Windows Update has gotten a lot better.

Isn't it supposted to be the place where software vendors can upload their drivers to have them automatically (or by user request) downloaded and installed?
