Question for folks with IE7

Here's a question for anyone else running IE7 (or any IE team members).

Do you ever notice that randomly Ctrl+Shift+I seems to stop functioning? I cant find a common cause on either of my Vista machines. I've tried x86 and x64 versions of IE7 as well as IE7 with No Add-Ons. Oddly Ctrl+I seems to function without a problem but Ctrl+Shift+I will just randomly not work. Sometimes a reboot fixes it and sometimes it'll not work for days and just start functioning again out of the blue.

Has anyone else had this issue or know a fix?

(and before someone asks, no, its not the keyboard)

It's not stupid; It's advanced!
I wouldn't know.  Ctrl+Shift+I doesn't do anything when I press it.  What is it supposed to do?

It pins the Favorites Center to the left side of IE7.

I have no problems with the keyboard shortcut but I've got another problem: all my favicons are messed up and shown with the wrong websites.

A: If the history database has become corrupted in some way, this can happen.  The simplest solution is just to use Delete Browsing History (on the Tools menu) to clear the cache and the history store.
