Fantastic! Now TDD can become mainstream for downstream users.
I didn't see an existing post with this info...
I can't wait for VS2007 VS2008; I have a bad case of the 'Cider'-house blues.

I fixed that for you. -
Does that mean the release date is no longer next Fall?

heh... Orcas isn't even in beta yet. We'll be lucky if it's even VS2008.

Alas...it's too late. Today I ordered VS2005.

You ordered it? Why didn't you just get it free like the rest of us?
You still can:

Yep, that's the one thing that confused me about VS2005. TDD shouldn't only be part of the enterprise suite whatever package, it should be in every piece of the VS product.
Luckily, NUnit still works just fine and takes about 1 hour to master

I thought that offer was long over with. Oh well. Considering that it is the only piece of software I've ordered in the past year or so, it's no big deal...it'll probably turn into a business write off anyway... -
I got Academic Edition off eBay for £55.00 last night - MS|AS too
. Apparently i should have no difficulty with installation/registration. (Academic/student etc.)
I knew about that, and i tried it, but nothing worked.

Thats a good point, need to make sure I submit my year long MSDN voucher in the timeframe for RTM....might wait a few months to make sure

Heh now how about giving us lesser "VS Pro" users a profiler too.

I might be wrong on this, but has anyone else heared that the TestRunner is going to be extendable to support NUnit/MbUnit/xUnit frameworks?
I'm sure i've heard it, but can't find anything backing it up now
Anyone else heared this?
