Externally Embedded C9 Videos

I don't know if this has been discussed before, which I'm sure it has, but anyway...

Will C9 or Channel 10  every implement the ability to embed videos on external sites?

i.e. blog posts, web pages, etc.

As I heard Scoble, talk sometime ago about when Podtech.net added the ability to add their videos externally via an embed, the video views shot up a huge percentage, and I thought maybe it might be a good idea for C9 and Channel 10. I know I would use this ability in some cases.

Meh, you can always download raw wmv files and embed it in flash player yourself Smiley

But still, it's great idea to have such feature. I like how youtube do it - it's just html copy'n'paste task.

It might get a lot easier once they use the silverlight player... but I don't know if it's in their intention to publish the stuff around the web or have it just on channel 9.

Yeah, that was my first thought. Have all the traffic and viewers driven to this site. It makes sense.

Meh, I can live without it.

I guess I was just wondering why C9 hasn't tried to implement it.
