I only have the MSDN versions so don't have the DVD to look.

At last the mystery solved.
Yes indeed they were members of the team who worked on the Windows Vista DVD hologram design.
It was posted by Nick White in the Windows Vista Blog.

So it was MS anti-piracy measure, to make it more difficult to replicate a Windows Vista DVD.
