The Smith Tower. Completed in 1914. It was purchased by Ivar Haglund in the 70s (the guy that founded the Ivar's restaraunt chain).
I visited the observation deck several months ago. Neat old-style elevators (they require a professional operator). The Chinese room was pretty neat too.
Caution, don't take your girlfriend there. There is a chair that if you sit in it, you'll be married within a year (or something like that). It might be a good place to pick up women though

. Apparently a lot of women go there to sit on the chair.
