I would agree with you, except Corona_Coder is just outright
wrong too often to be a "proper troll."
"Intelligent trolling" relies on arguing about things people are
passionate about but that are imporrible to
conclusively prove. So you get many posts, high emotions, and so on... a few nudges by the troll can keep a thread going for quite a while.
It's not entertaining when the information is incorrect, the opinion is ill-informed, and there is
always a conclusive end to the argument. Re-asserting the original opinion in light of a contrary argument
can sustain a thread for a while, but (1) not for very long and (2) it's boring to read.
