No, Tuvalu had an agreement with the .tv authority to sell it in exchange for $$$, which sort-of makes sense, considering the development state of Tuvalu.

But methinks .tk did it better, the authority's website makes regular postings about how by buying a .tk domain you're helping the people on the island directly.

According to www.nic.aero, vista.aero is reserved by Emirates Airlines (out of Dubai)
