I think this is "the gPhone"....

Google is fully supporting a platform, that's great and all but it's being handled by the large cell carriers, we wont see AT&T carry it because of the iPhone, yet others not yet "bound" by Apple or Microsoft will pick it up.

Considering that it'll be like gOS, Google will support the hell outa the platform, these different carriers will support one model and/or variations of it...I don't think anyone else will ship another model. Google might say it's not the gPhone but everyone will treat it that way.
