Hi,


I am wondering any software products in Microsoft or software developed outside Microsoft was developed using the Agile software development methodology?


If so, what challenges do you face when using Agile methods? How do you overcome it? What are the prerequisite to implement a successful Agile methods?

Can anyone share their experience on it?

I'm new to Agile software development.

Do a search on the videos using "agile". I seem to recall a couple being out there.
