I don't doubt it is broken, but I need to figure out when/how it doesn't work. I just created a test account, logged in fine, did the forgot password bit and received a new password in my hotmail account a few minutes later... so I know that it works in at least some cases (my test was very simple and doesn't test for pre-update accounts, etc... which is why I want to look into this some more).
We'll certainly get this resolved for you right away and hopefully for anybody else who is needing to reset their password as well.
