Go Microsoft !!!!!!!
I hope that my English is understandable

Open this post to express what is now my idea about Google emerged after Seen a small change in SP1 of sight.
And just that

without

With SP1

In SP1 has been removed from the menu start with Google that went  to antitrust. (If desktop click F3 our serch reappers , start in the panel has another comfort)

Why is antitrust way?
Because his intentions are those include in our PC and all too often so misleading and show you how.

The software key for us that we have several PCs and almost every one of them is going to google place at the time of downloads.

Here is an example

The Google toolbar written marks already checked in an automatic way and you must remove the checkmark, 90% of people in haste even ensure this clause deceptive, and then you find this software in the PC useless.

Even after firefox setup takes us back now on the home page this

Remembering that firefox is among the most used browser for navigating on the PC Windows, Linux, and MAc

Microsoft offer this

There are many other cases where the set up of toolabr google is requested at the time of 'installation of software that we downloaded and then I wonder ..
If Antitrust be doing to be that Microsoft remove functions useful to us, as also wanted to remove our IE 7 and Media Player,
Why not this beautiful antitrust pizzicare also goes to google?

(Clarify that for me is the n1 google search engine and use only one)

Here comes the paradox that we remove the sound system and they should then sampled us with glasses and forks.

I lament because you are a microsoft Windows ME and I chose my system, and I do not like to hear this or remove one for whims of giants that they are the first invaders PC world.

If you feel like buying a car after one year is someone to take your car? He right?

I would like to know your opinion

I think what he is trying to say that:

If Windows cannot come with mediaplayer. Then acrobat and firefox cannot supply google toolbar.

And I agree! Smiley

This is a headache. I installed a toolbar, removed it and it still uses Yahoo to search. From a browser point of view this is why MS want to buy Yahoo. Firefox are paid handsomely so Google is the default search engine. MS have a problem where if someone installs IE, they then have to choose a competitor. Not sure why IE does'nt come with Live Search as the default and NO options for competitors. A big trick was missed there.

Because Microsoft is in enough trouble allready with these types of practices. They even need to open up the Vista search to allow google search to index your harddrive.

I have also to agree. How many times that I need to uncheck a checkbox to not have this Google toolbar to be installed.

I wonder why Google can pass with something like this and Microsoft always has to remove stuff... It's weird, indeed.

Big difference ofcourse is, you are presented with a choice.

But then moments later, adobe acrobat update still tries to shove it down your throat.

I was amazed that even ATI drivers now have steam embedded,..

There kinda are, but they're behind the "Google Search" button.

It's not just Google, though.  ISPs and browsers like to hijack "server not found" pages.

Try typing sdlkshklah (or any long random string) in your browser address bar and hitting Enter.

In IE7/Vista you get redirected to a Live search for the random string

In Firefox you get redirected to a Google search for the random string

I figured out how to turn it off in Firefox... kinda... I go to about:config and set the keyword.URL to "about:blank#" (without the quotes)

I haven't figured out how to turn it off in IE, but I haven't looked as hard.

EDIT: IE is actually easier.  Tools | Internet Options | Advanced | Search from the Address bar | Do not search from the Address bar

Advantage IE.
