Submitting an issue with Vista to Microsoft

I'd like to point out that this is not a flame post before I start.

Where do you go to submit an issue to Microsoft about Vista? Normally I'd go to Microsoft Connect and add a report to what I am testing there. I can't see any section for Vista though. Anyone have any idea's?

The Vista Beta program has officially closed and will no longer accept new feedback, even if you had been in the Vista/Server 2008 Beta program.  What kind of problems do you have with it that weren't addressed in SP1?

I've just got work to buy some icons / graphics for a piece of software I'm helping to finish off. I've unzipped the various types into directories. Some directories have >3000 .GIF's in them. I set the view to large icons and scroll down to see which ones I like. Suddenly Windows stops previewing the graphics. I just see a placeholder. If I scroll back up then I can see the graphics that I have viewed before, scroll back down and it stops previewing at the same place it stopped last time. This has happened quite a few times now. Wierd.

I am already running Vista with SP1 (from MSDN)

I was gonna add a screen shot but cant figure out how to add to a post
